They going to spend more money 80% proceed from the raise for litigation... this is real raise for nothing. They dont even consider for the company future and growth of the business. All shareholders is funding for litigation and that all they are going to do..any guarantee of recoveries...No. but there is outstanding loan to repay which they are NOT paying at all..and other cost not to mentioned. I just dont understand... unless they have other agenda ..dyor
