Something just came into my mind..just an speculation that all the monies.raised and the company claimed they have appointted the lawyer Herbert Smith to handle all the legal cases.at the group.level..but can it be that peter use the same lawyer for his own case ? Basically he using the company funds raised to finance his own legal battle with asic. Hmm..coz it does not make sense why they need to appoint aust lawyer for the malaysian cases. They can instead appoint lawyer in malaysia directly ..would be cheaper.
