Basically if they reload at 0.004 for the 300mil...then they basically control the company and have ultimate voting rights on all the financial affairs of the company inclusing the use of the 1.2mil which jjat raised..from left to right pocket only.... expense it out as legal and litigation ..to assist on the legal battle with Asic cases and in the sametime..getting more shares and control of the company at our common shareholders monies..now the company have more than 1.4bil shares and almost 800mil shares control by thier friendly parties and associates at very low entry point...
