Don't forget Finran has two representatives on the board - Daler Fayziev and Joshua Quinn - so, yes they do have a say with the BOD and direction of the company. How much input they give I have no idea, but they are on the BOD. Nothing wrong with them being on the board as Finran holds almost 20% of stock - at least they do until this next 800M shares or so are issued.
