Justify all you like to yourselves, however the current state is you didn't want to know this was going to happen, despite the clear signs of no progress and increasing cash burn.
The whole thing stinks and has done since pwc, and frankly, if you still believe, then you should realise at some point that rocks don't float.
Every bit of value is now leveraged out, i get you need someone to blame, but all this shenanigans aint me. Ask yourselves, whom spruiked this dog since pwc and why?
