Did you make assumptions about seller ? Why not state those assumptions or reasoning rather that state em as fact?
Previously did you imply $ from sale was for a deposit on house? Why to put a positive spin , justification on teh selling ?

Just why do you throw up "positive " unsubstantiated posts whenever you feel the price or managemnt is under pressure? Do you seriously believe your posts on a forum make a difference to market pricing as it sure hasn't worked IMO except for possibly some more gullible inexperienced posters who can't see throught your tactics.
