Are you oblivious to the fact that shareholder lists and movements are compiled weekly and available to companies from their Share Registry?

If you are not oblivious to this fact, then how can you know what/when access is provided to shareholders under the Corporations Act.



You seem very certain of your "claims" - given the law above makes it clear that shareholders can get access to shareholders lists.

I would of course have to also ask, what is your point?
