I can trade everyday, several times a day
it has to do with the value of your shares held with commsec, I can trade to value of 2.5 times my portfolio
obviously I always have enough value on hand to never come up with cash prior to the t+3
maybe dragon meant something a bit more complicated, but he was clearly saying only t+1
