it's only if you buy and sell shares within 1 day that no money actualy exchanges hands.....
if you buy then sell after 2 or 3 days, they will take if off you after T3 but will give it back to you 2 or 3 days after that if you had sold the shares.....
if you are a trader though and have money coming in and out all the time or have a line of credit facility it is not really a problem.
