Buy today, Day 1
No other trades, I have 3 days to settle account.
Sell tomorrow,
My broker will deduct the buy against the sell and the difference will be put in my account, or I will have to make it up.
Sell Day 3
I will have to pay the full balance in 3 days from Day 1 and Broker will put funds in my accounts 3 days after Sell day 3.
Advantage of T3
Depending on which broker your with, you can trade and not have to release any funds. Its all great in theory but be very careful trying to do this. People (very experienced traders) have lost every thing trading this way.
