With Commsec it is something like this:
Buy on T0, sell on T+1, the trades cancel.
Sell on T+2 and your account will be debited on T+3 and credited on T+5,
Sell on T0 and they will cancel out any buys on T+2, so they sneak a day when it's in their favour.
