Ronnie12- exactly. And so it is disappointing that the company did not take this action originally. Remember the 6 Ps. Management has disappointed me in that they knew this to be the case and did not address it in their original work. The validation should have been there if they were crossing ts and dotting is- they are supposedly Australia's best.
