    Hi T4P,
    We all value your contributions to HC and especially to CVI as your analysis was unvaluable.
    I remember your analysis of the clawback stating that it will happen at a cvi shareprice between $1 and $5.
    I wonder what are your thoughts now that MS is talking about an SP of only 30c which leads to a massive dilution if it is the case.
    Your input will be genuinely appreciated.
    Detractors please stay away from this thread.
