at 10.5 the shorter from CSFB will panic, substancial legal action possible due to blatent market manipulation attempting to upset placement done at market with a VWAP at 11+ for the last 8 days,only today and tomorrow to set the placement value....if it was not for this it would be a lot higher.....we should see a mad scramble in the next 48 hours if I am right...
