Sorry, surething, the Minister (David Parker) ruled against me circa 20 years ago re a EL placed by me over a non-complying Prospecting Licence.
I knew I was done before the decision - various mining people told me about the extensive "lobbying" taking place in "the Terrace".
Not even the Fat Lady singing is a certainty.
