He even spoke slower and basically spelt out the CVI short term ambitions for calendar 2008. "point 1" eg. Backed up his email.
CVI will rerate prior to EGM regardless of oil ann's. Pressure from placements is gone, and the 30c or about target for Gloabal should see speculators come on board.
