Just looking at the transactions and holdings of this stock. Can see insiders holding nearly half. No insiders jumping out. it's a tiny minority of retail nervous retail bunnies that move the needle. Can't see that Andrew 'lied'. He's been upfront about seeking JV. His main contribution has been the adding of more high quality location assets.
sp has been smashed but I'm in it for the LT. Just crazy to jump out at this sp to bargain-hunters. If all the insiders are sitting on it (and one added in April) it's ok with me.
