this is what happens when insider control too much shares...
they control everything.. no one can kick them out...
also when they cant raised capital, they will buy other stuff using the reserves money..
once money all gone , they delist the company and take it of asx.....
after a year later they do the same... repeat...
they all still getting paid.....
some even have couple of companies..
insider shouldn't hold too much power...
they need to be a blance of power...
