PEN was completely ignored in the last uranium run, for all the wrong reasons and chasing "rock chip sample" stocks that went nowhwere. Now PEN is going to beat the herd chased stocks to the production line and people are sitting wondering what happened.
At least 'some' people are, others like me have expected this for quite a while.
