this is 100% the reason behind the systematic sell down - its all about creating some volume on the sell side. On the close Nov 11 there were 40,000 shares for sale above $2. You simply cant build a decent position at a decent price without scaring the sellers. After the flowsheet details released today I cant see this being held down for long now
