1.5c or 15c? KRM did 100% from lows leading up to signing the below alliance. If you take it that only last week KRM was 3.7c and at the time of the deal it was 4.7c So the deal with KRM has generated no value yet other than the pump to 6c. I see a very different story here in terms of value creation. The deal with KRM BHP is all grass roots. Nothjng near term. It's an exceptional deal don't get me wrong but the generation phase could take 2 years and drilling anything from it potentially more.
CBE Kitlanya is basically ready to drill and any generation phase well underway if not close to complete. I would assume a deal be done and they will be drilling it early next year after some consideration and diligence on the best prospective areas. If it's an aggressive campaign and funding they could be drilling multiple areas at the same time.
I hope you are reading this management because if you are as smart as Fabian was at KRM you'll get BHP to fund G&A and required management expenses that may even cover ongoing activities in other areas.
KRM pushed the envelope with BHP and got 7mAuD pa required. I'd happily take 5mAud here for a drill to kill. Let just hope they can retain as much equity as possible in the deal too and not give the company away.
