very good point and it is similar to a director buying shares at market rate.. thanks for highlighting this point.. I saw it in 31 Aug presentation but initially interpreted that CBE is just saving cash and issuing shares but you are right... other side of the coin is that drilling company has some confidence in future so ready to accept shares as a form of payment!
