Dividend payout is 40%, still low by ASX average but reasonable for growth company. Still looking at around 8-11 cents dividend per share. If dividend is 10 cents, it is still a 350% increase from 2nd half dividend 2015. Happy to see the company use surplus capital for growing the business. Once their business is at a stage where its earnings are more even YOY, then they should look at capital management IMO.
