Given Bellamy's do not offer any live link to AGM, and given they do not post the presentations till AFTER the AGM (most companies post on morning of), this means those attending the AGM have a 2-hour head start on the market on any information disclosed.

So if something was said/disclosed in Q&A session that would increase or decrease your profit outlook, you could make trades while the rest of the market sits and waits for information.

Next AGM I am definitely attending in person in Tassie!
