BAL is weighted at 92% of share portfolio. Sleeping well. My wife disagree as i'm snoring constantly. I do hold RMD in my super for this reason. Overall investment portfolio (including property), BAL doesn't even register 5%. Pick the right stock, DYOR and hold for long term. I'm not a believer of diversifying for the sake of diversifying.
Tell you a story. I held 3318 shares in CSL with my two brothers and when i married (i was the last one too) we decided to sell out and go our own ways. Few years later, stock split happened (3 for 1). That holding would be worth close to 1 million now. My brothers still to this day blame me for getting married (privately)!!!
