It's either going to be a strategic investor or a large parcel from a director selling. One will trigger a major rise the other a major fall but I expect us to receive an update about it over the next day or two. I'm leaning towards a sophisticated investor as no director would be dumb enough to dump that many shares. And although with 3dp that sophisticated investor was given a private placement htg already has enough cash and probably didn't want to dilute holders further so instead somehow arranged with a broker to do the trade. Could be a great boost but who knows? Imo dyor
