    Probably a party, possibly ex directors who held large amounts of shares acquired very cheap or thru entitlement (sub 3 cents) or similar exiting

    Sold in one line in a cross means whilst they wanted out someone with a big pile of money and having done enough due diligence on HTG future wanted in at 24 cents

    All upside and no old share overhang
