The fact that it's holding up with this dumping suggests there's still competition to get the available stock. For those who are accumulating large positions, if they were the only buyers then why wouldn't they let it dump and buy it lower? They won't be able to unwind their positions without destroying the share price so they're buying for the story and are finding it necessary to still pay up here ... or that's my read on it
(there's also those sells that keep getting put up well away from the action which supports the idea that people are doing their best to accumulate as much as they can)
