It seems to me you really need a plan for whatever you're doing, if you're buying on FA, buy, relax and sell when it's overvalued or the FA says your judgement was wrong. If you're buying on PA, buy, relax and sell based on your sell rules or when the price says you were wrong.
You can't worry a stock price up, I've tried it before
