well said mate

at first when I heard Andy had left, I was a little concerned I must admit

after talking to a few in the industry, it was apparent andy wasn't as special as he was hyped up to be. I was surprised to hear this, however once validated by several respected players in this space, it sunk in & my concerns evaporated...furthermore his exit from realwear seemed a bit odd & perhaps there was more to it than meets the eye

my other fear was David & Patrick may move on as well, however I have been reassured they are more motivated than ever & are 110% committed to Harvest/Opsivity

my gut feel is andy wanted the business to focus more on wearables (which is reinforced by his new role) whereas Harvest remained committed to stay on track with the SaaS focus & global integration

I won't be surprised if we hear some very positive news around Opsivity momentum / large customer wins over the next 3-6 months, when you have a highly motivated & connected team with a solution like nothing else on the market that genuinely helps businesses improve productivity, reduce costs & dramatically improve safety, to me these are the perfect & essential elements for huge success

for those who have panicked & dumped recently, sayonara.
the shares have gone to good hands who see value in a genuine global business that I am very confident will grow into an Aussie unicorn over the medium term
