On Sengelman, two close mates both served under him in the SAS as staff officers. They both concur he was one of the most impressive leaders they served under (both had 35 plus years army service as senior offers). He takes & accepts no BS, demands responsibility & exemplary leadership from subordinates always. He is results driven & isn't afraid to upset the status quo. The man is of impeccable character. Indeed it was Sengelman as unit commander that blew the lid on alleged SAS war crimes in battle zones. Couldn't have a a more capable & better person in the high chair as custodian of shareholder interests.
