They said it themselves Q4 last year that all remaining funding will have been completed NO LATER THAN 30-Jun-23. Which means at most it's 10 weeks left.
I am guessing (blindly) that the Ann might come in about 2-4 weeks from now, once they have finalised the extra funds from option conversion. I'm having a feeling (again, just an uneducated guess) that the remaining funding after option conversion will be via a CR (which I hope not but it's quite probable).
