Why would you have a feeling that the remaining funding would be a cr when the cornerstone investors offered a debt facility on their entry?
The largest shareholder of those cornerstone investors is worth multiple billions. He should be able to assist in debt funding of several tens of millions for a project like this, especially when the reason for his investment was to secure phosphate for LFP battery materials.
