Im open minded that a CR may be announced in the Short term. I agree it is becoming a slightly more likely scenario (still not my base case assumption though)
Looking for warning signs, e.g.:
- investor decks announced out of the blue
- sell downs on close (brokers pulling down Vwap)
- insider selling (we know the company tips off big holders of an upcoming raise before announcing to market)
