I agree. We can only guess at the sp movements and they will be wrong more often than not but I like to have a go anyway. Being wrong on timing doesn't concern me too much if I'm right in the end. When I first invested in A4N at 16c, I had a target of $1. Covid and then last year's bear market delayed it by a few years but it has hit that target now. It's really about what I think the sp is worth more than what I think it will be at any given time. I know there are too many variables, especially over a year or more. However, without targets it's hard to compare expected relative returns from different stocks and without posting targets, how do we get feedback from others that might help us refine our targets if we are missing something that others might point out?
