10% YTD sounds ok but longer term looks much better.
Even after the strong bear market last year and the current steep correction of this year's rebound, the chart shows the price is still up 150% in under three years from 4c to 10c. I ignored the 2c start which would be a much stronger gain.
An even better 187% increase from 4c to 11.5c on the 200DMA which smooths out the volatility.
The fundamentals still point to the main trend being the "right" one, pointing to well over 20c in the very near future. That would actually be a very conservative target based on the fundamentals.
The bear market interrupted that long term trend and most small caps are still feeling the effects of that bear market. However, we haven't seen any developments to suggest the long term trend should not resume. All it should take is getting the offtakes and remaining funding. The offtakes should be easy enough with the IFDC in particular and the funding is too small relative to NPV and projected cash flows to be an issue. It seems it's just a waiting game now. Hopefully some updates from today's meeting.
