Today's move has now hit a high 3c above yesterday's close.
That's only happened once before in the last 12 months and that was just after the bear market low. The sp more than doubled from that low. It rallied 150% from 7c to 17.5c. The big jump at the start of the rally might have been indicative of how oversold the stock had been.
Today's similar move is probably indicating the same. The news itself was probably not enough to produce this much reaction but the reaction itself suggests the stock was and still is too far undervalued. News yet to to come probably will be far more important fundamentally and should help to build the next rally. 150% from the recent low would be great. That would target around 24c. That's just one theoretical, chart based target but it's easily backed up by the 34c target that would give us a mc equivalent to the base case after tax NPV. For the bears, if we were to have a 10% dilutive cr, the targets drops to around 31c to allow for the new shares. I'll be happy with that. There is no arguing that the chart has now turned positive.
