    yeah good point. Unfortunately I think 30c would probably be considered and 40c would get accepted. Even our stalwart privaterob said he would take 50c. As Chuk outlined in his post last week $1-2 in the next 18-24months is a very real possibility. I would be disappointed with any offer under $1.
