To clarify there is 14,950,000 unlisted options at 25c expiring Dec 2019. However 13,700,000 of them were issued to vendors and are restricted until December 2018. I guarantee you the vendors will not be exercising them before Dec 2018 at the earliest as they can’t sell the subsequent shares until Dec 2018. All info taken from the last 3B.
The Co needs to raise capital to progress the project it’s as simple as that and Investors shouldn’t be concerned. Obviously the higher the share price at the time the less dilutionary for existing shareholders it is. But totally necessary and I’d rather raise at 35c or higher than 25c.
