And if you draw a trend line on the weekly you'll get a different story too.
At the end of the day trend lines can be useful but don't aren't the be all and end all.
You need to use every indicator, overlay and divergence to see the big picture
Too many kill their own golden egg so to speak by trading the pips and over analysing the chart.
Ppl might get it close to right in the short term but over the long run a certain stock can trend for longer instead of a month or so
The moving averages are more reliable
As long as the price respects the longer term averages then it's still trending
