if you look at the computer bot active by up buying you can deduce its being manipulated to distribute imo
until ceo Cooper stops swimming with the sharks and releases concrete news that will bring in revenue this will drift until the next person thinks its worth banking in profit or conserving cash only for the share price to go down few more pips imo
