I have watched far too many stocks drop, only to be re-bound.
RAP (barely any revenue), ALC (Generating Revenue) are two examples. Both went down on reasonable 4C (but not extraordinary), and slowly climbed back up on the back of other news down the track.
The questions holders should be asking is whether the fundamentals show growth and potential. Is the company generating revenue and are they likely to generate more revenue?
A sell down on positive news does not mean there is something wrong with the business.
