Current SP x revenue growth + sound policies = SP UP
Current SP x share dilution - poor board / management decision = SP down or stagnant = not happy with you Ted

Net0 growth is still a value-add, not a core business model component (happy to be proven wrong when numbers come through)
So 2+8 <> 10

Rather try this formula:

If 4 Qtrs with positive revenue growth
AND
IIF (If and only if) Solid management policies are applied
THEN
SP re-rate
Interested Quality Institutional investors will come onboard
Share price stability
ELSE
Low shareholder value
