Totally agree that accumulation is occurring at this sub 10 cents level but I also think that the main agenda here is share price suppression.
Just who would be the beneficiary of keeping a lid on Nexus’s share price? Well that’s obvious NST.
Just imagine if NXM where to announce all our fantastic results from last year on Crusader Templar and Branches now I’m almost certain that we would be trading higher than the 9.2 cents today.
Don’t forget also we raised a pile of cash at 15 cents just before a sharp decline in the gold price from which we have hardly recovered from yet. We bottomed out at 8.5 cents I think and we have last traded at 9.2.
Also the decision to put the production from Pinnacles on ice for now didn’t help but not surprising when the Aussie dollar gold price dropped below $2200. If the Aussie dollar gold price had stayed above $2500 I think it would have been a different story and we’d be pulling dirt from Pinnacles now. If NST was the sole owner and operator of the Pinnacles project I’m sure it would be viable to mine at a good profit but it makes it harder when NXM need to turn a profit also.
I was a holder of EXU before they got taken over by RMS and there share price was suppressed for a long time before they got taken over. The problem for EXU at the time before takeover is that they had limited funds but fortunately for NXM we are sitting on a pile of cash which will buy us a lot of drilling. Like Andy has stated publicly 2021 could be a transformational year for Nexus shareholders and I strongly believe that this will be the case.
Can not wait for the RC drilling to commence. Don’t give your shares away.
