@Turiddu's concern is understandable - gap up, longish bar, ugly afternoon in the broader market.
But my expectation is for a consolidation of the flag pole with another break out in a few days to test 17.5 then beyond. It's very pleasing to see that 11/11.5 seems to be strong for a base in the flag after not holding 10 at all last time up.

Net volume from the last 3 days is strongly long too. T+2 didn't dent appetite too much either today so it looks like the trading, if it's that, is more than just intraday. So all up I'm feeling optimistic albeit cautious about what might come out of this Trump situation from the American markets.
