Dingo. Todays long lower shadow is a bullish sign (although I don't like using charts on penny stocks, I made an exception on NEO as I hold a swag of OPL so there is an influence there) as for NEO being over sold I disagree (not in a smart a#$e way). The RSI is only showing 51.8 imho that is not an overbought situation only just a tad over 2 mill traded today. There is resistance at 4.2, 4.3 then 4.6 NEO does not want to run up too fast, a nice uptrend breaking through those resistance levels on same sort of vol and then wait for the ann's. Then let her rip. Good luck.
