High?
If any of us tried to buy 30,000,000 shares on-market, the share price would not be single digit.
Sitting at a loss is sometimes the best way for a fund manager to get the liquidity they need. The alternative is buying on the way up I suppose, which is fine too if things aren't too bubbly.
