The way you feel is understandable. But 3 years ago, it was less than 20 cents and anyone who bought at that price point are probably still happy. I think management are doing a good job. Nothing happens overnight. When people watch markets too closely, they make bad decisions and have ill affected viewpoints. Try just setting and forgetting and I think you will make money on this stock.
