    Hi ARMCH,
    I have asked for my response to Jamin to be taken down, upon reflection I considered it a bit churlish. I have replaced it with a post that provides a little more background.

    I think just about every poster on AJX appreciates your posts and commentary. I do, and always look forward to them. Keep me coming.
