Still out and watching and interested but waiting for the 4C - thought you might find the hourly chart useful at this point. This particular chart uses Heiken Ashi candles which tend to smooth out the noise to some extent using a process based upon combining aspects of the current and previous day's candles.

The price action has been been bouncing from resistance (supply) at 19.5 cents all of this week. It can be seen that 19.5 cents formed support when the SP bounced after the initial post newsletter sell down.  After the second down leg on April 6th the price action tested 17 cents quite a few times and it looks like pretty strong support at this point.

Looks like a catalyst is needed for the next step and the 4C  seems likely to be key to breaking the nexus. The hourly MACD histogram is clearly positive but locked in a sideways pattern as is obvious in the price action.
